Our Role
Cirvo acts as an intermediary booking and customer support platform. We facilitate reservations between you (the traveler) and independent, legally registered R-plate transportation companies (our local partners). We are not a transportation provider, a common carrier, or a taxi service.
Vetting & Compliance of Local Partners
We are committed to passenger safety. All transportation partners on the Cirvo platform undergo a strict vetting process, including:
- Legal Registration: Verification of the company's R-plate (租賃車) license issued by the Taiwan Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC).
- Insurance Coverage: Confirmation of valid and sufficient passenger liability insurance as required by law.
- Driver & Vehicle Standards: Partners are responsible for ensuring their drivers hold valid professional driver's licenses and that all vehicles meet regulatory safety standards.
Liability & Service Provision
All transportation services booked through Cirvo are performed directly by our local partners. Each trip is carried out under the operating license and insurance of the assigned partner company. Cirvo is not liable for incidents directly related to the transportation service itself, such as traffic accidents or driver conduct. However, we are committed to assisting with dispute resolution and communication between you and our partners.

- Dispute Handling: Should any disagreements occur, we will act as a mediator to help find a fair resolution between you and the transportation partner.
