Conditions for using our booking platform.

1. Acceptance

By using Cirvo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Our Role

Cirvo is a booking platform that connects travelers with licensed local drivers and transportation companies in Taiwan. Trips are operated by independent local partners under their respective licenses and insurance. Cirvo itself does not provide transportation services directly.

3. Bookings & Changes

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation ID. Changes and cancellations follow the policy shown at checkout and/or in your confirmation. No-shows or late changes may incur fees.

4. Pricing & Payment

Fixed quotes are shown before you book. Where applicable, taxes/fees are disclosed. Payment methods may include third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, cards, cash where available). Currency conversions or processor fees may apply.

4a. Refunds & Cancellations

Cirvo collects only the platform service fee (deposit) required to maintain the booking workflow and customer support.

The remaining transportation fare is not collected by Cirvo and is paid directly to the third-party chauffeur after the ride, so it falls outside of Cirvo’s refund scope. Refund requests pertain solely to the platform service fee (deposit) according to the cancellation window shown at checkout and/or in your confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup are eligible for a refund of the platform service fee (deposit). Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Provide accurate pickup details, contact info, and any special requirements. Comply with local laws, airport rules, and safety instructions.

6. Delays & Events

Traffic, weather, and operational factors can affect timing. Cirvo and partners are not liable for indirect losses caused by delays beyond reasonable control.

7. Conduct & Safety

Partners must operate safe, insured vehicles with qualified drivers. Passengers must refrain from abusive or unsafe behavior; partners may refuse unsafe service.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cirvo disclaims liability arising from the transportation service itself. Cirvo supports dispute handling and communication in good faith.

9. Data & Privacy

10. Intellectual Property

Site content, trademarks, and brand assets are owned by Cirvo or its licensors.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or legal reasons.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Disputes shall be submitted to courts with proper jurisdiction in Taiwan.

Cirvo is not a transportation provider or vehicle rental operator. Cirvo does not own vehicles or dispatch drivers. All transportation services are performed by independent third-party chauffeurs.
